  • Get your ducks in a row...pre approval, financing lined up, etc

  • All the documents & paper work are online and sent through email

  • House hunting we will go!

  • Once you have a house Under Contract - the real fun begins

  • I will give you all the information you need to get through the process

I've got your back here too. I will take care of all the details in getting you ready to sell your home. I will get you the best price possible for your home...and manage the process so you don't have to. Is there such a thing as stress free selling? I work hard to make it feel as stress free as possible...after all...life is still happening. Oh, and I offer a cleaning service when you move. One less thing to worry about...and let's be real...cleaning stinks.

  • You will have a punch list of things to do to be ready to list

  • I will set everything up for you to be seen by as many people as possible

  • I will also be preparing all the documents

  • We will meet several times as we move closer to the list date

  • When we're ready...a sign will go up in your yard & a lock box on your door!

  • I will give you all the information you need to get through the process...step by step!
